Feb. 25- Ch. 25

Concerning the parable of the three servants.  The Message has the master saying to the servant who buried his money, “That’s a terrible way to live! It’s criminal to live cautiously like that!”  we are called to walk a fine line between living too cautiously and too recklessly.  It is hard to do, so how do we do it?  Under the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit.

  1. Larry Martin says:

It is interesting in the judgment of the nations section that both the ones on the left and the ones on the right at judgment answered very closely the same. Both asked when did we see you naked, when did we see you as a stranger, when did we feed you. To one he answered when you did it to ones around you, even the least, you did it to me. To the other he answered when you saw others as naked, or hungry, or in need and did nothing you did not do to me. God is judging us on what comes from our hearts. He is judging us on how we live our lives.
